A Non-Disclosure Agreement is commonly used when you are in talks with other parties where confidential information about your business will be shared.

For example, if you are looking to invite another practitioner to join your practice and there is a possibility of disclosing industry sensitive information during discussions. It is important to have a NDA in place before commencement of talks to protect your interests and prevent any unintended disclosure of valuable information.
